This site provides quick access to the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, relevant Florida Statutes, occasionally some case law interpreting the rules, and commentary. This site is maintained by Joe Bodiford, Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer and Adjunct Professor at the Stetson University College of Law. This site is under construction – new rules are being added and updated. **For the most up-to-date information, check the Florida Bar rules page. No claim to Bar or government works.

Hovering on the drop-down menus above will take you to the exact rule for which you are searching. On the specific rule’s page, below the rule, commentary and case citations will appear. On the statutes page, you will find relevant criminal procedure statutes listed by category, and linked to the State of Florida statute website. You may also search for a topic in the box above, or find rules and case updates by category in the drop-down menu to the left.
